Entry level cyber security analyst help customers protect their networks. Tasks can include monitoring intrusion detection and prevention systems, correlating that data with data from other sources such as firewall, web server, and DNS logs and determining if security events monitored should be escalated to incidents.


GreySurf works with educational partners in underserved communities to recruit well qualified individuals into a cyber security workforce development program. GreySurf’s customers are partners in the grant funded development program providing input into the curriculum and interacting with program candidates prior to graduation. After graduation the analysts are employed by GreySurf in the local office and customers can utilize them under a virtual temp, or temp to hire staffing model.
